Before mass leaders seize the power to fit reality to their lies, their propaganda is marked by its extreme contempt for facts as such, for in their opinion fact depends entirely on the power of man who can fabricate it.
I found this nice-looking used leather briefcase, and it felt perfect for the bureaucrats in my ongoing Dystopia series. We photographed the Mr. Black characters in the studio, and I added the crossing and traffic signs later in post. Naturally, I once again forgot to take a setup shot, but the lighting consisted of a beauty dish with a grid from above, softboxes on both sides, and a small amount of fill for the briefcase (I later composited a setup image for this post using images from the shoot).
